These Terms govern your use of Promate's browser extension and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Promate is a writing assistant that helps you draft personalized outreach messages. It generates suggested text only. It does not send messages, connect, automate, or perform any action on your behalf on any third-party platform. You decide what to send and you send it yourself.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You own the messages you generate and send. We own the Service, its software, and brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service per these Terms.
Messages are generated with the help of AI and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any message before sending. Do not rely on generated content as professional, legal, or factual advice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular acceptance rate, response, or outcome. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You can request deletion of your account by emailing hello@promateai.com.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: hello@promateai.com.
